How to Initiate a Return:

Return Authorisation - Once your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions for sending the item back.

Shipping the Item - Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., a wrong or defective item was sent).
Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe delivery of your return, and email us the tracking number.
