Welcome to Divine Intuition Healing.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including but not limited to energy healing sessions, forest immersion experiences, self-healing cards, workshops, and other offerings. 
By purchasing a ticket, booking a session, or using any of our products or services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions outlined below.

1. General Terms:​

• 1.1 Divine Intuition Healing provides holistic, spiritual, and energy-based services designed to support personal well-being and self-development.

• 1.2 Our services do not substitute medical, psychological, or professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We encourage participants to consult with a qualified professional for any health concerns.

• 1.3 Participation in any and all of our services is voluntary, and clients accept full responsibility for their own well-being before, during, and after engagement with our services.

• 1.4 Divine Intuition Healing reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who does not adhere to our code of conduct, whose participation may pose a risk to themselves or others, or whose behaviour, history, or known associations may compromise the emotional safety, integrity, or professional boundaries of the practitioner, other clients, or the healing space.

2. Booking and Payment:

• 2.1 All services, events, and workshops must be booked in advance through our official website or direct communication.

• 2.2 Payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

• 2.3 Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards and PayPal.

• 2.4 Prices for services and events are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

• 2.5 A booking is only confirmed once payment is received.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Divine Intuition Healing has a detailed Cancellation and Refund Policy in place, which applies to all our events and services, including Forest Immersion sessions. By purchasing a ticket or booking a service, you agree to the following:

• 3.1 Participant Cancellations:

Cancellations Made 48 Hours or More Before the Event: Participants may either:

- Apply their ticket value to a future event.

- Receive a partial refund (75% of the ticket price).

- Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email and received at least 48 hours before the scheduled event.

- Cancellations Made Less Than 48 Hours Before the Event: No refund will be issued. However, participants may apply their ticket value to a future event within 12 months.

- Ticket Transfers to Another Individual: Participants may transfer their ticket to another person by providing written notice at least 24 hours before the event, including the new participant’s name and contact details.

• 3.2 - Event Cancellations by Divine Intuition Healing:

Severe Weather or Unforeseen Circumstances: 

- If an event is cancelled due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified as soon as possible.

 Rescheduled Events: 

- If an event is rescheduled, tickets will be valid for the new date. If the new date is unsuitable, participants may request a full refund within 14 days.

 Event Cancellation Without Rescheduling: 

- If an event is cancelled without being rescheduled, participants will receive a full refund.

• 3.3 - Refund Process:

    Refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. 

    Participants are responsible for any non-refundable expenses, such as travel or accommodation costs.

4. Copyright and Intellectual Property:

• 4.1 Ownership of Content:

All content provided by Divine Intuition Healing, including but not limited to self-healing cards, workshop materials,    course content, digital downloads, written guides, images, videos, branding materials, session insights, methodologies, and any other intellectual property, is the exclusive property of Divine Intuition Healing and is protected under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and international intellectual property laws.

• 4.2 Strict Prohibition Against Unauthorized Use:

The following applies to every individual, entity, or organisation, regardless of whether they are a client, participant, third party, or external observer:

It is strictly prohibited to:

- Copy, reproduce, download, distribute, modify, transmit, share, store, or sell any content, materials, or intellectual property belonging to Divine Intuition Healing, whether in part or in full, without express written permission from Divine Intuition Healing.

- Use any of our healing methods, session insights, or proprietary techniques for personal gain, professional use, commercial distribution, or educational purposes without explicit authorisation.

- Record, take screenshots, copy, or attempt to recreate any part of our private sessions, workshops, courses, website content, product descriptions, or branding materials through any means, including but not limited to online access, unauthorised downloads, or physical copies.

- Attempt to circumvent, bypass, or access any protected, confidential, or restricted content, whether through deceptive means, third parties, hacking, or unauthorized sharing.

Any individual or entity attempting to obtain, misuse, or distribute content from Divine Intuition Healing by any means, including deceit, third-party access, or illegal methods, is in direct violation of these Terms and Conditions and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent permitted by law.

• 4.3 Legal Action and Enforcement:

Divine Intuition Healing retains the absolute right to take legal action against any individual, organisation, or entity that violates these copyright terms, including but not limited to:

- Civil lawsuits seeking financial damages, injunctions, and orders for removal of the unlawfully used content.

- Cease and desist orders against any party found to be in breach of copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
- Criminal prosecution under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and other applicable intellectual property laws in Australia, which may result in significant fines, legal penalties, and imprisonment for severe offenses.
- Reporting to digital platforms and authorities, including Google, social media networks, hosting providers, and relevant government bodies, to have infringing content removed and accounts penalized or banned.

• 4.4 Protection of Proprietary Knowledge:

All healing techniques, self-healing card messages, course materials, and methodologies are original works developed by Divine Intuition Healing. 
Under no circumstances may they be replicated, taught, or distributed by any individual or organisation, whether for commercial, educational, or personal gain.

• 4.5 Monitoring and Investigation:

Divine Intuition Healing actively monitors, investigates, and tracks potential copyright infringements. Any individual or entity attempting to access, replicate, or misuse our materials through deceptive, fraudulent, or unlawful means will be pursued with full legal force.

If you have any concerns regarding the permitted use of our content, you must seek written authorisation from Divine Intuition Healing before proceeding.

5. Forest Immersion Terms:
Divine Intuition Healing organizes Forest Immersion events, which involve outdoor activities. By participating, you agree to abide by the following policies:

• 5.1 General Conduct:

Participants must respect other attendees, event facilitators, and the natural environment.
Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the event without a refund.

• 5.2 Health and Safety:

Participants must assess their physical fitness before attending. Any medical conditions that may impact participation must be disclosed in advance.
First aid will be available, but medical facilities may be limited due to the event’s location.
Participants must wear appropriate outdoor clothing and footwear. A packing list will be provided upon registration.

• 5.3 Environmental Responsibility:

Participants must adhere to Leave No Trace principles.
Alcohol, illegal substances, firearms, and hazardous items are strictly prohibited.

• 5.4 Liability and Waiver:

Participants assume all risks associated with outdoor activities.
A Disclaimer & Liability Waiver must be signed before participation.

6. Self-Healing Cards and Product Terms:
Divine Intuition Healing offers Self-Healing Cards and other spiritual products for sale. By purchasing, you agree to the following:

• 6.1 Intended Use:

Self-Healing Cards are intended for personal growth and spiritual reflection. They do not replace medical or psychological advice.
Users are responsible for their own interpretations of the messages in the cards.

• 6.2 Return and Refund Policy:

Items must be unopened and unused to be eligible for return.
Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Returns are not accepted for:
- Opened or used items
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Personalised products

7.  Intuitive Healing & Spiritual Guidance Services

Divine Intuition Healing offers 1:1 services including, but not limited to, Spiritual Guidance Sessions, Ancestral Healing Sessions, and other spiritually-based support sessions. By booking a service, you agree to the following:

• 7.1 Nature of Sessions:

These sessions are intuitive, spiritual, and energetic in nature. They are not intended to replace professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. They are offered as supportive tools for personal growth, emotional insight, and spiritual reflection. Outcomes may vary from person to person.

• 7.2 Confidentiality & Respect:

All sessions are held in strict confidence. Clients are expected to participate in a respectful, open, and honest manner. Any abusive, manipulative, or unsafe behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

• 7.3 Boundaries & Safety:

The practitioner reserves the right to maintain healthy emotional, energetic, and professional boundaries at all times. Divine Intuition Healing reserves the right to refuse service to any individual whose conduct, history, or associations may compromise the safety or integrity of the session space.

• 7.4 Client Responsibility:

By participating, you accept full responsibility for your own healing process and any insights gained. You are encouraged to seek appropriate professional support where needed. These sessions are most effective when approached with openness, curiosity, and self-awareness.

• 7.5 Recording & Intellectual Property:

Sessions may not be recorded or shared without express written permission. All guidance, insights, and materials provided remain the intellectual property of Divine Intuition Healing and may not be reproduced, taught, or distributed.

• 7.6 Rescheduling & Cancellations:

Please refer to Section 3 for the full cancellation and rescheduling policy, which also applies to all 1:1 intuitive services.

8. Limitation of Liability:
Divine Intuition Healing is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or products. All participation is at your own risk.
We make no guarantees regarding personal outcomes from participation in healing sessions, workshops, or product use.

9. Gift Card Terms and Conditions:

• 9.1 Validity:

Divine Intuition Healing eGift Cards (Gift Certificates) are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the card or required by law.

• 9.2 Redemption:

eGift Cards (Gift Certificates) can be redeemed for any available Divine Intuition Healing products or services, including Forest Immersion sessions, Reiki, Self-Healing Cards, Spiritual Guidance, and other offerings listed on divineintuitionhealing.com.au.

• 9.3 How to Redeem:

To use your eGift Card, enter the unique card code at checkout or present it at the time of booking.

• 9.4 Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable:

eGift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash, reloaded, or refunded (except as required under Australian Consumer Law). They may not be used to purchase additional gift cards.

• 9.5 Partial Use:

If the total amount of your purchase is less than the value of your eGift Card, the remaining balance will remain valid and can be used toward future purchases within the 24-month period.

• 9.6 Lost or Stolen Cards:

Treat your eGift Card as cash. Lost, stolen, or deleted cards cannot be replaced, refunded, or reissued once issued.

• 9.7 Expiry:

Any remaining balance after the expiry date will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or credited.

• 9.8 Service Availability:

All bookings and product redemptions are subject to availability. Divine Intuition Healing reserves the right to update or change offerings at any time.

• 9.9 Acceptance of Terms:

Purchase or use of an eGift Card constitutes acceptance of these Gift Card Terms & Conditions as well as our Return Policy, Privacy Policy, and General Terms & Conditions available on divineintuitionhealing.com.au.

10. Amendments and Updates:

Divine Intuition Healing reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services and participation in events after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
